Delhi NCLAT technical member, Balvinder Singh transferred to Chennai Bench; Only new cases to be heard in Chennai

As per a January 11 notification, Balvinder Singh has been transferred to be part of the NCLAT Bench headed by Judicial Member Venugopal M, from the date the Bench will start to function.

Technical member of the principal Bench of National Company Law Appellate Tribunal (NCLAT) at Delhi has been transferred to Chennai so that the Chennai Bench of NCLAT can start functioning.
