The Delhi Police has opposed the bail application filed by JNU scholar Umar Khalid in the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act (UAPA) case filed against him related to the Delhi Riots, stressing that it would demonstrate a “prima facie” case against him [Umar Khalid v. State].
