Delhi Riots: Justice Prashant Kumar Mishra of Supreme Court recuses from hearing Umar Khalid bail plea

The matter was slated to be heard this morning before a bench of Justices AS Bopanna and Mishra. The matter will now have to be assigned to another bench of the Supreme Court.
