The Supreme Court on Tuesday upheld the Jharkhand High Court's decision to quash a criminal case lodged in 2022 against Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) legislators Nishikant Dubey and Manoj Tiwari for allegedly forcing Air Traffic Control (ATC) at Deoghar airport to give clearance for an unscheduled chartered night flight [State of Jharkhand v.
