Directions on how to function post-lockdown issued to courts subordinate to Allahabad HC

The Allahabad High Court Committee constituted for taking preventive and remedial measures for combating the threat of COVID-19 in subordinate courts has listed a slew of directions to be adopted if the nationwide lockdown is lifted on April 15.

These measures would be adopted by all the Courts subordinate to the Allahabad High Court and all the Commercial Courts, Motor Accident Claims Tribunals and Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Authorities across Uttar Pradesh.
