Every little action that causes annoyance not offence under SC/ST Act unless it was done due to victim's caste: Madras High Court

The Court quashed the proceedings initiated against three senior officials of Air India, who were charged under the Act for allegedly having harassed their subordinate belonging to the SC/ST community.
