[BREAKING] Pass directions for extradition of daughter who joined ISIS from Afghanistan: Father moves Supreme Court

The Indian government's failure to initiate extradition of the detenues is illegal and violative of fundamental rights guaranteed under Articles 14, 19 and 21 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner contended.
