Former CAG Vinod Rai tenders unconditional apology to Sanjay Nirupam in defamation case

The issue arose in 2014, when the former CAG commented that Nirupam pressurised him to keep Manmohan Singh’s name out of CAG report on the 2G Spectrum allocation.
