Hyderabad court grants Union minister’s son interim bail in POCSO case
A city court allowed interim bail to Bandi Sai Bageerath in a POCSO case to write his BBA examinations, with condition that he would return to judicial custody after June 25.
A city court in Hyderabad has granted interim bail to Bandi Sai Bageerath, son of Union Minister of State for Home Affairs Bandi Sanjay Kumar, in a case registered under the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences (POCSO) Act, reported PTI.
