ICICI Bank-Videocon Case: Bombay High Court refuses to grant early hearing to Deepak Kochhar

The Bombay High Court on Wednesday refused to hear the plea moved by Deepak Kochhar, husband of former Chief Executive Officer of ICICI Bank Chanda Kochhar, seeking quashing of the proceedings initiated against him by the Enforcement Directorate (ED) in the alleged ICICI Bank-Videocon money laundering case.
