[COVID-19] Bombay High Court extends life of interim orders till December 22, says situation in Maharashtra continues to be grim
The full bench comprising of the Chief Justice and Justices AA Sayed, SS Shinde and KK Tated extended interim orders in view of the persisting pandemic situation in Maharashtra.
Bombay High Court today extended stay of orders pertaining to eviction, demolition or dispossession passed by any lower courts or authorities till December 22, 2020.
