[Jahangirpuri Riots] Letter plea before CJI NV Ramana seeks suo motu cognisance, court-monitored probe

The plea has urged the top court to exercise it's "epistolary jurisdiction" and constitute a committee headed by a sitting judge of the apex court, to conduct an impartial probe into the riots.
