Justice Arvind Singh Sangwan recuses from hearing transfer plea in murder case against Gurmeet Ram Rahim Singh

Justice Sangwan stated in his order that as a lawyer, he had represented the deceased in relation to whose murder the case has arisen, and the father of the deceased.
