Justice Surya Kant recuses from hearing appeal in Supreme Court against bail granted to SAD leader Bikram Majithia

Justice Kant said that as a judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, he had passed orders forming a special investigation team in connection with the probe into a drugs case in which Majithia is an accused.
