Kangana Ranaut to respond on regularisation of unauthorised structures, Bombay High Court extends interim protection

Senior Advocate Birendra Saraf, appearing for Ranaut, informed the Court that protection ought to be granted to her as the unauthorised construction was due to the fault of the developer.

The Bombay High Court granted time to Bollywood actress Kangana Ranaut to inform the Court if she was willing to apply for regularisation of her residential property which was declared to be unauthorised by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation (BMC).
