Karnataka High Court directs trial court to decide on interim bail plea filed by wife of Atul Subhash

The petitioner, Nikita Singhania, has sought interim bail and also challenged her arrest claiming that the police did not provide her the grounds of such arrest.

The Karnataka High Court on Wednesday directed a sessions court in Bengaluru to hear and decide by January 4 the interim bail plea filed by Nikita Singhania, wife of techie Atul Subhash, who died by suicide last month after alleging harassment by his estranged wife and her family.
