Karnataka High Court grants anticipatory bail to wife and son of lawyer accused of sending fake orders to client

The Court observed that although it was alleged that the accused had received money paid as fees by the client, there was no evidence of the same.

The Karnataka High Court recently granted anticipatory bail to the wife and son of a lawyer accused of offences under Sections 420, 465, 468 of the Indian Penal Code (IPC) for sending fake orders to a client [Umadevi Murugesh and Anr. vs State of Karnataka].
