Karnataka High Court rejects PIL against Isha Foundation construction near Nandi Hills, says petitioner did not move court with clean hands

The order was passed by Chief Justice PB Varale and Justice Ashok S Kinagi after it was brought to the court's notice that the petitioners had failed to reveal certain cases registered against them.
