Labelling husband as 'womaniser', 'alcoholic' in court without evidence amounts to cruelty: Bombay High Court

The court noted that the evidence on record failed to prove allegations made by the appellant and therefore dismissed her appeal against a family court's order dissolving her marriage to a retired Army Officer.
