The Court today dismissed the CBI's early hearing plea but left it open to the CBI to file a fresh early hearing petition once it has filed a counter-affidavit.

The Kerala High Court today dismissed a petition moved by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) seeking an early posting of the case concerning the LIFE Mission Project, with liberty to move a fresh plea for the same once a counter is filed (The Chief Executive Officer v. CBI).
