Lucknow Court reserves order in bail plea by Siddique Kappan in PMLA case

The Supreme Court had granted bail to Kappan on September 9 in the case filed against him by the Uttar Pradesh (UP) Police under the Unlawful Activities Prevention Act (UAPA).

A sessions court in Lucknow on Wednesday reserved its order in the bail plea filed by Kerala journalist Siddique Kappan in the money laundering case initiated against him under the Prevention of Money Laundering Act by the Enforcement Directorate (ED).
