Tamil Nadu Bar Council restrains 9 lawyers facing criminal charges from practicing before courts, tribunals

In a notification issued on December 6, the Bar Council said that the lawyers cannot practice till the disposal of the disciplinary proceedings initiated against them by the bar body.

The Bar Council of Tamil Nadu and Puducherry by way of an interim order has restrained nine advocates charged with penal offences, from practicing in courts, tribunal or before any authority in India.
