Madras High Court temporarily restrains DigiPe from using its logo following trademark infringement suit by PhonePe

The Court noted that PhonePe had been providing UPI services since 2016 and possessed registration for the word "DIGIPE," while DigiPe had applied for registration of its trademark only in September 2022.
