Madras High Court temporarily restrains O Panneerselvam from claiming AIADMK membership, using party flag and symbol
Justice N Satish Kumar passed the interim injunction on a civil suit filed by current AIADMK General Secretary Edappadi L Palaniswami.
The Madras High Court on Tuesday passed an interim injunction restraining expelled All India Anna Dravida Munnetra Kazhagam (AIADMK) leader O Panneerselvam (OPS) from claiming to be the co-ordiantor or a primary member of the party, and from using the party’s official letterhead, its symbol and flag.
