Mere withdrawal of Facebook post is no reason to discharge accused in UAPA offence: Madras High Court

A Bench of Justices PN Prakash and RMT Teekaa Raman refused to discharge a Madurai lawyer booked under UAPA for propagating Maoist ideology on social media.
