Money pumped into Arunachal Pradesh not yielding results due to pilferage: Gauhati High Court

A bench of Chief Justice (CJ) Sandeep Mehta and Justice Mitali Thakuria remarked that the money has been pumped into the State but it has not led to any consequential results.
