Monkeys entering residential areas should not be harmed, must be shifted to natural habitat: Karnataka High Court
“State will have to ensure that monkeys are not hurt in any manner and that they are shifted to their natural habitat,” a Division Bench of Chief Justice Abhay Shreeniwas Oka and Justice Suraj Govindaraj ordered.
The Karnataka High Court on Tuesday directed that the monkeys entering residential premises should not be harmed and State authorities must ensure that they are shifted to their natural habitat.
