Mumbai Court dismisses anticipatory bail application of Raj Kundra in porn film case

The Mumbai Court on Monday refused to grant pre-arrest bail to businessman Raj Kundra in connection to a First Information Report (FIR) of 2020 alleging that certain online platforms were publishing obscene videos as part of their web series.
