Mumbai court grants bail to former BJP MP Kirit Somaiya in criminal defamation case

A Mumbai court on Tuesday granted bail to Kirit Somaiya, former Member of Parliament and Vice-President of the Maharashtra unit of the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), in a defamation complaint filed by a non-governmental organisation (NGO) called Earth.
