Mumbai court rejects plea against Nawab Malik by BJP leader Mohit Bharatiya for violation of COVID norms

The application sought registration of FIR against Malik for violating the COVID norms by allegedly inviting a crowd outside the court after he received bail in another complaint also filed by Bharatiya.

A Mumbai court on Monday rejected an application filed by BJP leader Mohit Bharatiya seeking registration of complaint against Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) leader and Maharashtra minister Nawab Malik for alleged violation of COVID-19 norms.
