NCDRC dismisses complaint against homeopathy clinic which failed to provide "complete cure" for skin ailment

The clinic denied having promised to completely cure the complainant's skin condition, while the NCDRC noted that the ailment did not have a complete cure and that no doctor could assure a full recovery.
