[NDTV Promoters v. SEBI] Recovery of money from Prannoy Roy, Radhika Roy should not be a pre-condition for SAT to hear appeal: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court on Monday ordered that coercive recovery of money from promoters of New Delhi Television (NDTV), Prannoy Roy and Radhika Roy shall not be a pre-condition to hear the appeal filed by Roys in Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) in the case concerning failure to disclose price sensitive information to shareholders.
