Bad Boy Billionaires: Patna HC refuses to vacate stay on Netflix documentary, directs lower court to pass order within two weeks

The Patna High Court today refused to vacate the order passed by a sub-judge in Araria staying the airing of the documentary Bad Boy Billionaires, directing instead that Netflix canvass its submissions before the lower court (Netflix India v. Sahara and Ors).

However, the High Court directed the lower court to pass a reasoned order in the matter within two weeks from today.
