Physical functioning of District Courts in Gujarat: 3 Judge Committee to file report soon says High Court
The said Committee is likely to give its report in a couple of days and an appropriate decision would be taken within the week after considering its report, the High Court has informed.
The Gujarat High Court has intimated that a Committee of three Judges has been constituted to look into requests for the commencement of the physical functioning of District Courts in the state keeping in mind the present situation of COVID-19.
