PIL filed before Bombay High Court against Vice President, Law Minister for their remarks against judiciary, Collegium
“The vice president and law minister are attacking the collegium system and doctrine of basic structure openly on public platform, an unbecoming behaviour from persons holding constitutional posts,” the plea said.
A public interest litigation (PIL) petition has been filed before the Bombay High Court seeking action against Vice President Jagdeep Dhankhar and Union Law Minister Kiren Rijiju for their public statements against the Collegium, judiciary and the Supreme Court.
