Granting police protection to married woman in live-in relationship may amount to giving consent for such illicit relation: Rajasthan High Court

The Rajasthan High Court has refused to extend police protection to a couple in a live-in relationship noting that since the woman was already married, granting protection to the couple may indirectly amount to giving the Court’s assent to such illicit relations.
