Postponing elections not court's job: Uttarakhand High Court refuses to defer State Assembly elections

The Court was hearing a plea seeking postponement of elections or a ban on physical rallies in view of the rising Covid-19 cases. Elections are scheduled to be held in Uttarakhand on February 14.
