Punjab & Haryana High Court to hear Nodeep Kaur bail plea along with suo motu case tomorrow
The bail plea had come up before Justice Avneesh Jhingan on Monday, upon which the State informed the Judge that the High Court has taken suo motu cognizance of the matter.
The Punjab & Haryana High Court will hear tomorrow the bail plea moved by Dalit labour activist Nodeep Kaur along with the suo motucase registered by the Court earlier this month following complaints that her arrest was illegal.
