Radha Soami Satsang Beas: Supreme Court stays IT reassessment notice against spiritual organisation

A bench of Justices AS Bopanna and S Ravindra Bhat sought the response of the Income Tax Department (ITD) on a plea moved by the Punjab-based body challenging a Punjab & Haryana High Court order that denied relief.
