[Rape on false promise of marriage] Uttarakhand High Court grants accused two weeks' bail to marry victim

The Court said that while in a case of rape simpliciter, it may not encourage marriage between the parties, this was a case where marriage was fixed and the accused declined after establishing physical relations.
