Defamation suit by Richa Chadha: Payal Ghosh to apologise, Bombay HC restrains news channel, others from sharing disputed content

The Bombay High Court was told today that actress Payal Ghosh is willing to tender an apology and withdraw her remarks concerning Richa Chadha, which were made as part of sexual assault allegations against film director Anurag Kashyap.

The submission was made in response to the defamation suit filed by Chadha over the matter against Ghosh, internet personality Kamal R Khan and a news channel, ABN Andhrajyothy, which aired Ghosh's interview.
