Right to elementary school education cannot be denied: Punjab & Haryana High Court provides relief to student barred from online classes

The Punjab and Haryana High Court last week provided relief to a person whose son had been barred from attending online classes amid the pandemic on account of his father's inability to regularly remit the school fee. (Ranjit Singh v. State of Punjab)
