A petition has been filed before the Supreme Court seeking directions to be issued to the Patna High Court to designate eligible lawyers practicing before the High Court as Senior Advocates in terms of the guidelines laid down by the Supreme Court in the 2017 case of Indira Jaising v. Supreme Court.
