Simplify process for appointment of ad-hoc judges to High Courts under Article 224A: Supreme Court

A bench of Justices Sanjay Kishan Kaul, Vikram Nath, and AS Oka asked Attorney General R Venkataramani and Senior Advocate Arvind Datar to formulate suggestions to simplify to process.
