A special court in Bengaluru on Thursday dismissed a private complaint against Chief Minister BS Yediyurappa on an allegation of corruption as the Governor of Karnataka had refused to grant sanction for his prosecution under provisions of the Prevention of Corruption Act, 1988 (PC Act).
