Can't proceed like this in anticipatory bail case: Supreme Court sets aside Patna High Court orders against Subrata Roy

The top court took exception to the Patna High Court directing recovery of money due to Sahara investors in an anticipatory bail plea arising out of a private complaint in which Roy was not a party.
