Suo Motu Covid case and 20 other petitions on COVID-19 issues adjourned by Supreme Court due to technical glitches

A special Bench of Justices DY Chandrachud, L Nageswara Rao and S Ravindra Bhat had assembled at 11 am via video conference and started hearing the case when the proceedings got stalled due to technical faults.

Technical glitches and faulty server forced the the Supreme Court on Monday to adjourn the hearing in the suo motu case registered by it to examine issues relating to COVID management in the country (In Re : Distribution Of Essential Supplies And Services During Pandemic).
