Rape on promise of marriage: Supreme Court closes case against Allahabad High Court order seeking woman's horoscope to ascertain manglik status

A bench of Justices CT Ravikumar and Sudhanshu Dhulia was informed today that the High Court has dismissed the bail plea rendering the proceedings before the apex court infructuous.
