Supreme Court confirms bail granted to Simarjeet Singh Bains in connection with 2021 rape case

A bench of Justices AS Bopanna and MM Sundresh has advised that the appellant-survivor may approach the Punjab and Haryana High Court for the cancellation of bail if Bains violates any bail condition.
