Supreme Court declines stay on SAT verdict exonerating Nusli Wadia, others in fraud scheme case

The Supreme Court on Monday sought responses from Wadia Group chairperson Nusli Wadia and textile company Bombay Dyeing on appeals filed by the Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) against a Securities Appellate Tribunal (SAT) ruling that exonerated Wadia and others in a fraudulent scheme case [SEBI Vs Nusli Wadia].
